Ticket support for FiveM & RedM creators on TebexYour Discord isnot a help desk.

Joely is a support desk and ticket system for FiveM and RedM creators who sell on Tebex. Every buyer shows up verified through Cfx.re, an AI answers from the docs of the script they bought, and your customers get a portal that looks like your shop.

Free forever plan · Unlimited tickets · No credit card

#01The problem

Selling scripts on Tebex?Discord wasn't built for support.

Every question lands in the same inbox as your friends and your dev chat. No order attached, no status, no owner. You end up spending your nights on support instead of on your next script.

Joely fixes both ends of the same conversation. Follow one ticket

#02How it works

Two sides of every Tebex ticket. One conversation.

Follow one ticket from the first message to the rating. Swipe each step to switch between what your buyer sees and what you see.On the left, what your buyer sees. On the right, what you see. Joely keeps both in sync, and your buyer never installs anything.

Act 01 · Ticket + Tebex order

They open a ticket. You already see their verified Tebex purchase.

Their side

They sign in with the Cfx.re account they already have, pick the script they own and describe the problem. No receipt to dig up, no new password.

Your side

The ticket lands with their Tebex order attached: the script, the date, the amount. You start with the answer, not with a question.

Act 02 · Answer from your docs

The AI answers them at 2am. You read it with your coffee.

Your side

The AI answers from the docs of the script they own, your README and the tickets you already solved. Rather read it first? Turn on approval mode and nothing is sent until you click.

Their side

The answer lands in their ticket with a clear status, and they get a Discord DM with a link back to the thread. Discord is the alert. The portal is the conversation.

Act 03 · Fix shipped

You ship the fix on GitHub. They hear it's out.

Your side

Turn the bug report into a GitHub issue in one click. When the fix ships and the issue closes, the ticket moves on its own.

Their side

Their ticket shows where the fix stands. The status moves with the fix, and your message tells them it shipped.

Act 04 · Rating

They rate the exchange. You see how support is going.*

Their side

Once the ticket is resolved, they get one short question: how did it go? One tap, an optional comment, done.

Your side

Every rating lands on your satisfaction page, ticket by ticket and over time. You see what works before the reviews do.

The whole loop

One sign-in. One verified ticket. Four ways out.

Cfx.re says who is asking. Tebex says what they bought. Joely puts both on the ticket, then hands it to the tools that answer.

#03Compare

Ticket bots were built for communities. You run a store.

Ticket bots are great for moderating a Discord server. The moment you sell scripts, three things break.

Discord can't see what they bought.

There is no Cfx.re sign-in inside Discord, so no bot can list a buyer's Tebex purchases. On Joely, buyers sign in with Cfx.re and the ticket reaches you verified.

Channels run out. History goes with them.

Channel-style ticket bots hit Discord's 500-channel limit, so old tickets get deleted. Joely keeps every ticket, with no limit on any plan.

A bot routes the question. It doesn't answer it.

Joely answers the repeat questions from your own docs, and waits for your approval if you want to check first.

Your buyers stay on Discord. Swap your "Open ticket" button for Joely's embed, and let the old tickets finish in Discord.

Not selling anything, or under a handful of tickets a month? Your free bot is fine. Keep it.

#05Why Joely exists

Built by a Tebex creator, for Tebex creators.

Kad Darem

Founder of Joely · Founder of Jump On Studios, Rockstar Games Verified Asset Creator

I'm Kad. I've been in the FiveM community since 2017, and in 2024 I founded Jump On Studios: Lua scripts for FiveM and RedM, now running on thousands of servers. Our support lived in Discord DMs: the same install steps, proof of purchase by screenshot, threads lost after a week.

I built Joely to fix that for my own store first. Jump On's support runs on it every day, so every bug I ship, I'm the first to hit.

Joely is young and built by one person. You talk to me directly, and what you ask for often ships within weeks. The changelog is public.
